Shivaay is a story about a common man, Shivaay (played by Ajay Devgn), who works as a mountain guide in Austria. He falls in love with a beautiful Austrian girl, Naina (played by Sayyesha Saigal). However, their love is put to test when Shivaay's stepfather, Oskar (played by Eric Bana), a notorious Austrian crime lord, threatens to destroy their relationship.
