The story revolves around two brothers, Michael Scofield (played by Wentworth Miller) and Lincoln Burrows (played by Dominic Purcell). Lincoln is accused of murdering the Vice President's brother and is sentenced to death row at Fox River State Penitentiary. Michael, a brilliant engineer, deliberately gets himself incarcerated in the same prison to help his brother escape.
